1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- In the same condition as you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as incorrect or damaged items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
